We are looking to recruit a Travel & Logistics Co-ordinator to cover a period of maternity leave within our Travel & Logistics team. This opportunity will suit individuals who have experience of working in a travel, logistics, or events role and have exposure to booking travel, accommodation, and the co-ordination of transport arrangements for event equipment. The booking and co-ordination of sub-contractor crew for client events is also desirable.
You will have excellent administrative/organisational skills and be a flexible team player who is able to multi-task different projects working to strict deadlines in a pressurised environment whilst still delivering great service.
You will be competent in a range of MS Office packages, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of HireTrack NX would be desirable however training will be provided.
