Wanted - a highly organised skilled Studio Coordinator with experience of supporting and coordinating projects.
Working alongside a team of excellent creative colleagues you will provide a range of tasks such as administration, planning and project coordination to support the delivery of professional design and motion based projects for our portfolio of respected corporate clients.
The successful candidate will be a proactive and dedicated administrator who ideally has experience of working within a creative environment. You will be comfortable working to deadlines and across multiple projects in a fast paced agency environment. Knowledge of supporting and keeping projects on track and within scope is essential as well as being highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Good knowledge of all Microsoft office software is required specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Teams. You should ideally have an awareness and understanding of the creative production processes within design and motion although this is not essential.
You will be supporting client and internal stakeholders so you must be a confident communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills.
