    • IT Support Technician

      Role
      IT Support Technician - Full Time
      Location
      Swardeston, Norwich, UK
      Salary
      Dependent on skills and experience

      As an IT Support Technician you will form part of a small team providing IT and technological support to the business and Pb clients. This role is the first point of contact for internal users where you will resolve any IT queries or problems. The successful candidate will be well organised and confident in dealing with internal users, clients and suppliers face to face as well as by email/telephone in challenging deadlines.

      You will have a flexible approach to the varied duties on offer which will include supporting IT project work, the monitoring and maintenance of all IT consumables, asset disposal, IT quality checks and archiving IT event equipment.

      You will have working knowledge of windows 10, windows server, Terminal services, Adobe creative suite, Office 365, NAS, Sage and ideally be Mac OS literate.

      A driving licence is essential as you will be required to travel between sites or may be required to attend an event venue as IT support.
