Wanted – an exceptional Project Coordinator with experience of supporting and coordinating the planning and delivery of digital projects.

As we continue to deliver exceptional communication solutions for our clients, we are looking for a Digital Project Coordinator to join the team. It is an interesting, demanding, and varied role which will provide day to day support to the Head of Digital and the Digital Producers. The Digital Team create, manage and deliver digital projects that include virtual and hybrid events, digital aspects of live events, microsites, website and various digital engagement solutions.

The Digital Project Coordinator’s primary role is to support with the planning and coordination of digital project’s, tracking the resources and the demands required between projects, ensuring key project milestones/timelines are met and facilitating communication between internal stakeholders. You will have demonstrable project management skills incorporating knowledge of monitoring budgets, raising PO’s, experience of coordinating and managing projects in terms of timelines as well as the ability to identify any risks relating to project scope. Ideally you will have some digital agency experience or have managed multiple projects with varied digital assets/content. An awareness of GDPR is desirable to ensure support with internal and client compliance processes to aid project delivery.

The successful candidate will be well organised, possess high attention to detail with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. You will need to be able to work both autonomously and collaboratively and possess a ‘can do’ proactive attitude.

There will be the need to attend client meetings and support with the flow of information by undertaking progress meeting notes to update internal departments of the project actions/status.

As an established multi-service creative production agency, we are looking to recruit an additional IT professional within our IT team.

As an IT Support Technician, you will form part of a small team providing IT and technological support to the business and Pb clients. The role will be the first point of contact for internal users where you will resolve any IT queries or problems either face-to-face or via email/Teams. The successful candidate will be professional, well organised with good attention to detail. You will have excellent communication skills and be confident dealing with internal users, suppliers, and clients alike.

You will have working knowledge of Windows 10, Adobe, Office 365 as well as experience of providing support on a range of hardware from Laptops, tablets, and iPhones. Other duties to include new machine builds, creating and amending user accounts, managing the printer fleet/inks, asset disposal, supporting and maintaining Pb's antivirus technologies and much more.

You will need to be able to work flexibly when required to attend site outside of usual office hours to troubleshoot IT issues. Driving licence is essential as you will be required to travel between sites or may need to attend an event venue as IT support.

This is an extremely varied and interesting opportunity with scope to develop further within the business as you build your IT knowledge and experience. You should possess an enthusiasm and passion for the IT discipline and be keen to develop your skills and knowledge.
