Ian Greenfield
Owner
Ian opened the doors at Pb 32 years ago, and the rest, as they say, is history. By his own admission he’s annoyingly nocturnal, but that’s when the ideas flow fastest. He enjoys supporting young people entering the creative industry and watching his talented team at Pb flourish. His favourite pastime is battling to cut his golf handicap.

Sally-Ann Edmonds
Jt Managing Director
With a Degree in life, Sally-Ann has been successfully producing events for 20 years. “I love people (well most of them!)”, so seeing the fruits of collaborating with clients, suppliers and the rest of Pb is what she enjoys most. Away from the event world Sally-Ann enjoys running and spinning, most forms of socialising and she aspires to do something mad, bad and crazy before turning 60!

Ed Snowling
Jt Managing Director
With nearly 20 years’ experience within the industry, Ed has developed his knowledge of live events from both the corporate and agency side of the industry, coming to Pb from the corporate events team of one of the world’s leading insurers. Ed lists one of his main strengths as delivering projects that make people think, act and feel differently. His weakness….an inability to watch DIY SOS without becoming a quivering mess!

Adrian Frantom
Commercial Director
Adrian has worked in the hospitality industry and then a wide range of roles in the pharma industry and now enjoys working with Pb clients to make things happen. When not working, music, gardening and food and wine feature heavily alongside being a mentor for the Brightside Trust, a local school governor and a crisis counselor. Adrian also has an MSc in Executive Coaching and is a Mental Health First Aider.

Tom Cutmore
Director of Live Events
Tom loves travelling and experiencing new spaces as well as working on creative solutions to enhance our clients events (whilst enjoying loud music). In-between all of that excitement, he cycles long distances for cake, enjoys spending time with the family, and occasionally Jim the dog. Tom is also waiting, waiting for Spurs to win the league.

Hannah Harvey
Senior Event Producer, Operations
Hannah joined Pb having cut her teeth in the world of TV at the BBC before transferring her skills to the exciting and ever changing industry of corporate live events. One part dynamic, one part professional organiser, one part baker, three parts on another planet. Too many parts?

Steve Hutchins
Senior Event Producer, Live
After completing a 10-year job interview as a Pb freelancer, Steve finally got the job as a Senior Producer and continues to deliver many memorable events. Steve loves to keep up with all the new tech such as event apps and giant LED screens. In what spare time he has, he likes to do nothing more than cycling and listening to vinyl in the man cave, where he keeps his cheese and wine shrine.

Stuart Gracie
Senior Event Producer, Business Development
Stuart has a background in sound engineering which has led to his 17 year adventure in live events so far. During this time Stuart has been a technician, sound engineer and producer. He has used this mixture of experience to produce multiple events all around the world.
Unfortunately his sound engineering experience hasn’t helped at all with his guitar playing.

Stuart Milne
Event Producer
Over Stuart’s 29 year career in production he has worked as an AV technician, Ops Manager, Onsite Manager & Project Manager. He also managed to pick up a class 1 HGV licence.
He loves working in the events industry, no two days are the same and every day is a school day. He enjoys spending time with his family and when he is not working, he enjoys photography and motorcycling.

With a degree in Event Management, Christa has already gained experience in a hotel and with a Corporate Team Building Agency. Christa enjoys playing volleyball competitively, coming up with creative solutions and hanging out with her Cavapoo puppy – Alfie. The sweetest member of the producer team – she occasionally has some tea with her sugar!

Holly Webster
Event Producer
Holly has joined Pb after four years running public events and project managing in a national museum. She’s especially interested in the audience experience at an event and watching ideas come to fruition. In a previous life as a teacher, she honed her presentation skills with the toughest of audiences – teenagers. She’s always smiling, knows more than is normal about vintage aeroplanes and will have a black coffee without sugar, if anyone’s offering.

Samantha Hill
Event Producer
With a Degree in Architectural Technology and a Masters in Creative Advertising, Samantha loves all things creative and brings this passion along with her knack for problem solving and organisation to team Pb. When she is not off jet setting or plotting her next adventure, Sam is partial to a rave, making friends with dogs and has a mild obsession with David Bowie, glitter and crisps.

Alice Boothroyd
Senior Project Manager
With over five years events & production experience throughout the corporate, sport, IT and pharmaceutical sectors, Alice’s experience covers a wide range of events both in the UK and internationally. Project Coordination helps to fuel her passion for organising events through a not-so-secret love of spreadsheets, colour coding and deadlines….who doesn’t love some organisation?! When not working you can find Alice venturing out on the golf course, heading to the pub, building furniture, or of course ‘organising’ her next jet setting adventure!

Will Bird

With over 5 years experience within the live events industry, Will has produced exciting events internationally. After earning her degree in Business Management from Bournemouth University in 2021, Chloe’s entered the events industry to explore her passion for being creative and meeting new people. Patsy McRoberts
Project Coordinator, Events
Although I have spent the last few years working in marketing, making and planning events from a brand perspective, I first started in this industry working for a Toy and Gift supplier coordinating exhibition stands start to finish with all the details in between, both big and small, UK based and internationally. My spare time is spent exploring the Norfolk countryside with my dog Rolo, badly doing yoga and putting the world to rights with a glass of wine.

Kate Sylvester
Project Manager
After graduating from UEA with a First-Class Honours degree in English Literature & Creative Writing, Kate has spent her time in various Marketing, Events and Comms roles spanning a range of industries. She now brings her experience, enthusiasm and creative problem solving to the Pb team as one of our Project Managers. Simon Price

Originally a film & video producer/director, Simon moved onto advertising campaigns for the music industry. Ellen Parkinson
Senior Motion Producer/Creative Lead
Ellen joined Pb from a background in broadcast TV to head up our expanding video department. She works with the team to bring our clients’ stories to life on the screen. After an action-packed week of weaving stories using the moving image, Ellen is often seen jitterbugging in a manner that was frankly shocking during the 1940s.

Lucy Easton-Bradley
Motion Producer
Lucy’s first class degree in Visual Media Production was powered by her dissertation on ‘The Lord of the Rings’ – which goes down very well with the rest of the team. Having worked across the region creating broadcast and commercial films for the BBC and high end fashion brands, Lucy is now an integral part of Pb Motion. When she’s not delivering fantastic projects for our clients, Lucy can be found enjoying the great outdoors, camping, hiking, cycling or just walking her dog, Milo.

Tim joins Pb from a background in digital marketing and e-ticketing websites for Theatres and local festivals. A fan of all live performance especially stand-up comedy and live music he hopes to use his experience to help clients engage with its employees and other audiences by getting their best content online. Away from his desk Tim can be found, eventually, on his mountain bike in various woods and forests around Norwich and Norfolk.
