Ian opened the doors at Pb 32 years ago, and the rest, as they say, is history. By his own admission he’s annoyingly nocturnal, but that’s when the ideas flow fastest. He enjoys supporting young people entering the creative industry and watching his talented team at Pb flourish. His favourite pastime is battling to cut his golf handicap.

She’s especially interested in the audience experience at an event and watching ideas come to fruition. Ellen joined Pb from a background in broadcast TV to head up our expanding video department. She works with the team to bring our clients’ stories to life on the screen. After an action-packed week of weaving stories using the moving image, Ellen is often seen jitterbugging in a manner that was frankly shocking during the 1940s.
Lucy’s first class degree in Visual Media Production was powered by her dissertation on ‘The Lord of the Rings’ – which goes down very well with the rest of the team. Having worked across the region creating broadcast and commercial films for the BBC and high end fashion brands, Lucy is now an integral part of Pb Motion. When she’s not delivering fantastic projects for our clients, Lucy can be found enjoying the great outdoors, camping, hiking, cycling or just walking her dog, Milo.

Whether it’s a spreadsheet or a calculator Adam can normally be found in charge of one of these on a daily basis, Adam and his team love all things finance and are always happy to help colleagues, when he’s not using a pivot table at work he is probably holding a 7 iron on the golf course.

Using her extensive admin experience, Sarah combines purchase invoice processing with reception/admin duties. Away from work Sarah loves spending time exploring the great outdoors with her family and loves talking about and eating food (it’s just a shame she is so terrible at cooking).

Becky joined Pb with experience in Logistic Scheduling, and she managed to keep her love of Justin Bieber quiet until after her 6 months’ probation. She hates the gym, but goes anyway due to the constant supply of office snacks. Change and Release Manager
Stephen is an enthusiastic & motivated Change, Release & Configuration Manager – putting in place and practice the processes that ensure our digital offering is safe and secure every step of the way. He sure knows his way around flow diagrams, logic plans, a good few ISO numbers, not to mention being adept at Agile, Waterfall and Prince2 methodologies. More importantly though, nothing means to Stephen than watching Everton FC beat Liverpool, which you would have thought he would celebrate with a toffee or two, but he prefers the odd Haribo…. sweet!
