Ian Greenfield

Ian Greenfield

Owner

28 years ago Ian opened the doors at Pb, and the rest, as they say, is history. By his own admission he's annoyingly nocturnal, but that's when the ideas flow fastest. Apart from seeing the young and talented team at Pb flourish, his favourite pastime is battling to cut his golf handicap.

Sally-Ann Edmonds

Sally-Ann Edmonds

Jt Managing Director

With a Degree in life, Sally-Ann has been successfully producing events for 20 years. “I love people (well most of them!)”, so seeing the fruits of collaborating with clients, suppliers and the rest of Pb is what she enjoys most. Away from the event world Sally-Ann enjoys running and spinning, most forms of socialising and she aspires to do something mad, bad and crazy before turning 60!

Ed Snowling

Ed Snowling

Jt Managing Director

With nearly 20 years’ experience within the industry, Ed has developed his knowledge of live events from both the corporate and agency side of the industry, coming to Pb from the corporate events team of one of the world’s leading insurers. Ed lists one of his main strengths as delivering projects that make people think, act and feel differently.  His weakness….an inability to watch DIY SOS without becoming a quivering mess!

Tom Cutmore

Tom Cutmore

Director of Live Events

After 14yrs @ Pb Tom loves travelling and experiencing new spaces as well as working on creative solutions to enhance our clients events (whilst enjoying loud music). In-between all of that excitement, he cycles long distances for cake, enjoys spending time with the family, and occasionally Jim the dog. Tom is also waiting, waiting for Spurs to win the league.

Eve Murray

Eve Murray

Director, Scotland

Coming from the world of consumer PR, Eve landed her first role in live events at Pb over 10 years ago, and has never looked back since. She now heads up the Scotland office delivering a wide range of exciting projects for our clients – always with a creative spin. A chatterbox by nature, Eve loves nothing better than a good old chinwag. So, stop in anytime. The kettle is always on…

Hannah Booth

Hannah Booth

Senior Producer

Hannah joined Pb having cut her teeth in the world of TV at the BBC before transferring her skills to the exciting and ever changing industry of corporate live events. One part dynamic, one part professional organiser, one part baker, three parts on another planet. Too many parts?

Steve Hutchins

Steve Hutchins

Senior Producer

After completing a 10-year job interview as a Pb freelancer, Steve finally got the job as a Senior Producer where for the past 7 years he has delivered many memorable events. Steve loves to keep up with all the new tech such as event apps and giant LED screens.  In what spare time he has, he likes to do nothing more than cycling and listening to vinyl in the man cave, where he keeps his cheese and wine shrine.

Simon Wake

Simon Wake

Senior Producer

With a degree in media production, Simon joined Pb from a marketing and events team within the retail sector. As well as strong production skills his marketing experience has given him the ability to deliver brand messages within an integrated delegate experience.  Simon enjoys cooking badly, eating well and discovering new music with a cup of coffee on a Saturday morning.

Steph McLaughlin

Steph McLaughlin

Producer

Having worked in the live music industry for over 5 years Steph joined our Scottish team in 2013 bringing with her a wealth of event experience and has gone from strength to strength within the company. A flare for all things creative Steph always looks to find the best solutions for our clients.

She also enjoys baking (official office birthday cake provider) and embarking on a random craft project.

Hannah Shute

Hannah Shute

Out of work Hannah likes travelling, dogs and ‘anything sparkly’!

Anna Follas-Shell

Anna Follas-Shell

Now, whether the solution is a crayon, video camera or app, Simon, and his team, love a creative challenge. Unfortunately, for him, he also has a love for Spurs and a cat called Pablo Escobar.

Georgie Harris

Ellen Parkinson

Ellen Parkinson

Head of Video

Ellen joined Pb from a background in broadcast TV to head up our expanding video department. She works with the team to bring our clients’ stories to life on the screen. After an action-packed week of weaving stories using the moving image, Ellen is often seen jitterbugging in a manner that was frankly shocking during the 1940s.

Laura Spalding

Laura Spalding

Senior Graphic Designer

For over 10 years, Laura has been bringing your ideas to life with her passion, skill & commitment. A designer by day and an avid shoe collector by night, she can be persuaded to unleash her creative spirit but is loath to discuss how many pairs of shoes she owns.

Marc Jimson

Marc’s glittering career eventually saw him return to Norfolk when he joined Pb to setup the video department in the early noughties. He loves travelling and is happiest when on two wheels with the wind in his hair.

Doug Merton

Doug Merton

Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor

Doug has many talents, some of which include bad puns, a superior taste in music, playing music and a new found love for DIY. But most of all, his main talent lies in his formidable skills as an animator and motion graphic designer. He also has aspirations of one day becoming director of Pb… Ian knows nothing yet, shh!

Matt Scantlebury

Matt Scantlebury

Film, Video & Animation Producer/Director

Matt is an imaginative Producer/Director with over 10 years of TV production experience. A lover of a good story, he enjoys the challenge of bringing them to life onscreen, the more adventurous the better. When not letting his imagination run wild, Matt likes to lose himself in remote and wild places but will not admit to actually being lost. Ever. No, definitely not lost. Just misplaced. Maybe.

Her hands-on back ground means she loves to go on site and “help” with building her creations. A keen baker, you know it’s going to be a good day when Sonia walks in with her cake tin. In the future, she dreams of getting a desk dog… though hasn’t broached this idea with the bosses yet.

Adam Wright

Adam Wright

Head of Workshop

Adam oversees the production of all our stage sets and exhibition stands, as well as managing the merry band who make it all come together. Coming from a background in large creative displays, film props and scenic productions, for clients such as Lego Land and Sea Life, Adam has an extensive knowledge of manufacturing methods and constantly pushes our offering. Adam’s long term goal is to drive the Pb 5-aside team out of non-league football.

Dave Houghton

Dave Houghton

Exhibition & Display Logistics

As a trade-trained coach builder, sign maker and installer, Dave has spent the last 20 years in the Exhibition and Set Building business. Now more office based, Dave still enjoys going on site and installing stages and structures - always with two hammers in case you get one stuck.

Stephen Martin

Stephen Martin

Senior Exhibition & Display Joiner

Stephen’s degree in Furniture Design & Fine Craftsmanship is an excellent basis for all the work he has carried out across Pb as it has grown, supporting his excellent problem solving and manufacturing skills. With years of joinery experience Martin really loves innovation, whether it’s a seemingly impossible cantilevered ceiling structure or devising an entire new system for our exhibition flooring, his attention to detail and enthusiasm for wood is second to none. When he’s not in the workshop Martin will be found sunning himself on the beaches of Florida - with a glass of red wine, of course!

Chris Goodwin

Chris Goodwin

James Stokes

James Stokes

Exhibition & Display Builder

Previously a puller of pints and DJ Legend, James’ kind and helpful attitude has made him a welcome addition to the team. Over the next few years, as well as developing his set building skills, James hopes to learn to jump, (yup he can’t jump), although his hobbit like proportions don’t lend kindly to this ambition.

When Sarah is not creating a new perfume, she can be found camping in her Dormobile ‘Bessie’.

Becky Patterson

Becky joined Pb with experience in Logistic Scheduling, and she managed to keep her love of Justin Bieber quiet until after her 6 months’ probation.
