30 years ago Ian opened the doors at Pb, and the rest, as they say, is history. By his own admission hes annoyingly nocturnal, but thats when the ideas flow fastest. Apart from seeing the young and talented team at Pb flourish, his favourite pastime is battling to cut his golf handicap.
