It is a fascinating, demanding, and varied role which will provide day to day support to the Head of Digital, Creative Technology Lead, Digital Producers and our clients. The Digital Team create, manage and deliver digital projects that include virtual and hybrid events, digital aspects of live events, microsites, website and various digital engagement solutions.

Exhibition & Spatial Design Builder
Role: Full time, permanent

Wanted - an Exhibition builder to join an outstanding multi-service creative communications agency delivering exceptional events and experiences. You will have experience of working within a manufacturing workshop environment.
As we continue to deliver exceptional virtual and hybrid event experiences for our clients, we are looking for an additional Exhibition Builder for our workshop working alongside our team of spatial designers, project managers, build and carpenters.
We are very interested in hearing from individuals who ideally have previous experience in the manufacture of exhibition stands and event structures or have an interest in developing a career within live events and exhibitions. Ideally you will be able to demonstrate an aptitude or have experience in the preparation and building of temporary structures utilising carpentry, painting and finishing skills.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, very well organised, and a team player who can multi-task and work to strict deadlines whilst still delivering great service. You will be required to work flexibly within the team and be available to work during weekends or evenings either at the workshop or on site when there is a business need. You will need to be independently mobile to perform this role. A requirement of this role will be to undertake frequent lifting of sets and stands within the workshop and supporting the load/unload of equipment for projects. Forklift licence is desirable but training can be provided.
This opportunity will suit individuals who may have a relevant carpentry/construction qualification or be qualified through experience. However, we would also consider applications from recently qualified carpentry candidates.

Motion Producer/Director
Role: Full Time, Maternity Cover FTC 12 months
Location: Based in Norwich with travel required for client projects

Wanted – a dynamic, creative and organised Motion Producer/Director to join an outstanding Motion studio to provide cover for a period of maternity leave from September 2024.
Working alongside a team of excellent creative colleagues you will support the delivery of professional motion-based projects for our portfolio of respected corporate clients.
You will lead on creating, managing and delivering motion projects to a high standard liaising directly with clients or with Pb colleagues. Driven by creativity you will know how to define and exceed on briefs as well as having significant project management experience to ensure that budgets, tight timescales and client expectations are met. You will be responsible for all logistical elements such as booking crew, sourcing props, costumes and media assets where needed. Experience of overseeing/directing shoots to meet client and script/shot list specifications, including interviews is essential.
The successful candidate will produce and creatively direct individual motion projects from inception to delivery and play a part in the brief, scripting, storyboarding, location recces, rehearsals and casting. Understanding of the edit process is essential and experience desirable. Microsoft Office software knowledge is essential, and experience in motion graphic software would be an advantage.
