We have a great opportunity for an experienced technically competent and creative Event Production Lead to join our outstanding brand experience agency.
To be one of our Pb Event Production Leads you will have a proven track record in delivering exemplary, creative, and inspiring corporate events to a wide range of clients across various sectors. Ideally, we want to hear from individuals who have at least three years experience of delivering exceptional live, hybrid and virtual events and experiences with demonstrable knowledge and skills in event production management with an emphasis on sustainable solutions. You will also possess a talent for messaging and creative content development and have experience of working within a fast paced agency environment.
The successful candidate will have excellent end to end project management skills managing budgets and scope of projects. This role requires high attention to detail and exemplary client relationship skills. You will strive to creatively interpret our client’s briefs utilising all internal resources to deliver innovative ideas and event solutions which address our client’s objectives.
Technically competent, and confident the Event Production Lead guides our clients through all aspects of the production process. Experience of working with a variety of streaming platforms combined with broadcast and studio knowledge and some experience of showcalling would be desirable. You will have prior experience with supporting pitches and presentations and you should be enthusiastic, solutions orientated, well organised, who can multi-task and work to strict deadlines whilst still delivering great service.
This role is not a remote role and candidates will be expected to work from the Norwich or Edinburgh offices or on-site at different locations when supporting project delivery which can be UK/ overseas. Due to the travel requirements you will need to be independently mobile to perform this role. Flexibility with working hours is also desirable when you will be required to support projects on-site which may also be delivered during evenings/weekends.

As we continue to deliver exceptional live, virtual and hybrid event experiences for our clients, we are looking for an additional Project Manager to join our Events Project Management Team. The role will have a specific focus on supporting a range of complex client projects for one of our global key client accounts from inception to delivery.
The Project Manager role is an exciting, demanding and varied role which will provide day to day project management support to the Account Director and wider project management team where appropriate. You will have demonstrable project management skills gained from previously supporting corporate global client accounts with their events and experiences. You will also possess excellent client facing and stakeholder management skills, knowledge of monitoring budgets, project milestones and assets. The role holder requires high attention to detail skills, must be a confident communicator with first class organisational ability and must be comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively possessing a ‘can do’ attitude.
There will be the need to attend client meetings and support with the flow of information by undertaking progress meeting notes to update internal departments of the project actions/status. The role holder will also need to communicate with third party suppliers and venues.
You will ideally have some experience of supporting with the interpretation of client’s briefs utilising all internal resources to deliver innovative ideas and solutions which address our client’s objectives. An awareness of working with client brand guidelines, internal policies and codes of conduct are also desirable ideally within the pharmaceutical/medical industries.
