Ian’s vision, of building an agency that delivers world class solutions, began as a small affair in a garage in Norfolk. What started out as a production focused service has grown into a multi-dimensional agency, featuring a team of over a 100 strong, partnering clients around the world. For Ian, this was always a people business – where Pb people are committed, positive, skilled and great company – people that are part of a team with purpose.

Creativity is central to everything that Pb does. Empathising with our clients, understanding their needs, co-creating the brief, communicating with clarity, discovering, defining and designing the outcomes which are driven by opportunity and possibility, is what we strive for. Simon works across the business, ensuring creativity is the major consideration as we design our solutions. Simon's immediate teams within the Studio comprise of Motion magicians and Camera maestros – creative leads, live action producers/directors, motion production management, camera-people, editors and motion graphics artists as well as illustrators, graphic designers, presentation specialist, artworkers and concept designers – all behind much of the creative content that fill the spaces we make.

Our Digital offering – driven by an expert team of diligent and creative Digital Producers, Program Managers and Web Developers, is central to our offering. Ali leads an agile and flexible team, that move from virtual event portals to website builds, app creation, stand metrics and everything else between. Working in tandem with Ali's savvy and innovative IT Team, we ensure our digital offerings, whatever the location/platform/environment, and internal systems are effective, robust and secure – as your confidence in how we manage your data is paramount.

Our in-house teams of Spatial Designers, Exhibition & Project Managers, fabricators, builders and associated craftspeople means we can conceive, design, build and supply all manner of sets, exhibition stands, installations, 3D environments, props and furniture directly from our workshops. A custom built facilities enable our highly skilled, dedicated teams to manage and deliver an incredible array of projects across the world. And it doesn’t have to be ‘real’ as we also create virtual environments and spaces that enable our clients to communicate with clarity and focus.
